G20 should uphold principle of common but differentiated responsibilities on coping with climate change -- Premier Li

JOHANNESBURG, Nov. 23 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Qiang has called on G20 economies to uphold the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities in dealing with issues concerning climate change and ecology.
Li made the remarks when attending the second and third sessions of the 20th G20 Summit on Saturday and Sunday.
Voicing expectations for wider cooperation in ecology and environmental protection, Li stressed that the G20 should abide by science-based spirit when dealing with such issues.
