BEIJING, March 13 (Xinhua) -- Procuratorial organs across the country received more than 490,000 letters from members of the public in 2019, according to the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) Friday.
Officials have answered 99.1 percent of the letters within three months concerning the process or the results of a settlement, according to the SPP.
Procuratorial organs across China started a one-year campaign in March to handle letters and visits from members of the public that have been made repeatedly or for a long time.
