
NANNING, June 14 -- Five people were killed and another five were injured in a road accident on Saturday in Bobai county, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, local authorities said on Sunday.
The accident happened at noon when a truck overturned on the expressway in Yong'an township due to a driver error and hit the workers who were planting tress on the roadside.
Two people died at the scene, three died after emergency treatment failed.
The five injured stayed hospitalized but were in stable condition, authorities said.
