At the beginning of the New Year, it's always connected with expectations, dreams, hopes and blessings. On the occasion of the first important Chinese festival, the Spring Festival, I would like to extend my cordial wishes to the Chinese people for the happy, prosperous and greatest Year of Sheep.

2015 is a landmark in our bilateral cooperation. Because this year is the year of Maritime cooperation, which reflects the significant aspect in our strategic relations. It's mutually beneficial for the two countries and it underlines our strong willingness to expend our already flourishing relations in the wider framework of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road.
