MOSCOW, Sept 19 -- Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on Friday signed a decree warning to introduce customs duties on Ukrainian goods.

Duties on food, industry products and other goods from Ukraine will be introduced if Kiev begins applying the economic articles of the Association Agreement with the EU before January 1, 2016, the Interfax news agency quoted the prime minister as saying.
